Section 1
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between KB66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the KB66 online sports betting and casino platform available at kb66.cam.
KB66 is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform built for users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. The platform offers sports betting markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 events, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other sports), live casino games, slots, instant games and related services.
By creating an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use KB66.
Pakistan Legal Notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online or remote gambling accessible from Pakistan depends on applicable federal and provincial law. KB66 does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. This document is not legal advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Section 2
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" — The KB66 website (kb66.cam), mobile-optimised site, associated web applications and all services offered therein.
- "Account" — The registered user account created by a User through the platform's registration process.
- "User" / "Player" — Any individual who registers for and/or uses an Account on the Platform.
- "Balance" — The funds held in a User's Account, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
- "Bonus Funds" — Non-withdrawable credits applied to an Account as part of a promotion, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
- "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — The total cumulative betting turnover a User must achieve before bonus funds or bonus winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the operator to authenticate a User's identity before processing withdrawals or at the operator's discretion.
- "Prohibited User" — Any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3, including minors and residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
- "Event" — Any sporting contest, casino game round, live dealer session or other wagerable occurrence offered on the Platform.
- "Intellectual Property" — All trademarks, logos, content, software, design elements and other proprietary material associated with KB66.
Section 3
Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an Account on KB66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, automated system or bot) acting on your own behalf.
- You must not be registered or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of KB66 or any of its affiliated entities.
- You must not have had a prior Account suspended or permanently closed due to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multiple account violations or any other breach of these Terms.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
Age Verification: KB66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified may be suspended. Any winnings generated by a User who is subsequently found to be underage will be forfeited.
It is your responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. KB66 does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. This is not legal advice.
Section 4
Account Registration
To access the full functionality of the Platform, you are required to register for an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process:
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
- One Account Per Person: You may hold only one Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. KB66 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
- Contact Details: You must maintain up-to-date contact information on your Account. KB66 may use your registered email address for account-related communications. It is your responsibility to ensure communications from KB66 are not blocked or misdirected to spam folders.
- Identity Verification (KYC): KB66 may require you to submit identity documents (such as a copy of your CNIC) and proof of payment method as part of the KYC process. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion. KYC requirements may be triggered at registration, at the time of a first withdrawal, upon reaching a transaction threshold, or at the operator's discretion.
Section 5
Terms of Use
By using the Platform you agree to the following general terms of use:
- You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes and not for any commercial or professional purpose.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any element of the Platform, including software, odds data or content.
- You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, overload or impair its infrastructure or interfere with the experience of other users.
- You will not use automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, gain unfair advantage in any game or manipulate odds.
- You will not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or other unlawful financial activity.
- You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. KB66 does not guarantee any outcomes or returns.
- You confirm that the funds used to deposit into your Account are legally obtained and belong to you personally.
Important: All funds deposited on KB66 are used exclusively for wagering purposes. KB66 is not a bank or financial institution. Funds held on the platform do not earn interest and are not covered by any banking deposit protection scheme.
Section 6
Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits
Deposits can be made through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform at the relevant time. The availability of specific payment channels — including but not limited to mobile wallet services and bank transfer options familiar to Pakistani users — is subject to change and is confirmed only in the live cashier. KB66 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular payment method. None of the payment providers or financial institutions referenced on the Platform endorse or support KB66 or gambling activity.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed in the cashier.
- Deposits are displayed and processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) as standard.
- KB66 does not charge deposit fees as standard, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed after satisfactory KYC verification has been completed.
- The name on the withdrawal payment account must match the name on your KB66 Account exactly. Mismatched details will result in the withdrawal being declined.
- Any active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Requesting a withdrawal with an incomplete bonus may result in the forfeiture of that bonus.
- KB66 does not guarantee processing times. Times stated on the Platform are operator-estimated and may vary due to payment provider delays, KYC review requirements or other factors.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed in the cashier.
- KB66 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

Section 8
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino activity conducted on the Platform:
- Bet Acceptance: KB66 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. Acceptance of a bet is confirmed only by a system-generated confirmation message.
- Odds and Markets: Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed in the bet receipt are the odds that apply to that bet.
- Void Bets: Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, settled in error or where the operator determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised. Stakes on void bets are returned to the Account balance.
- Live / In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to real-time data and may be rejected during periods of data suspension. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before odds are updated ("late bets") may be voided.
- Casino Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, for live dealer games, by physical dealing under studio conditions. KB66 does not influence game outcomes.
- System Errors: In the event of a software or system error that results in an incorrect payout, KB66 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the Account balance accordingly. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest technical error are not valid and will be recovered.
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, game and User account and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
Section 9
Responsible Gambling
KB66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. As a condition of using the Platform, you agree to engage with gambling as a form of entertainment and to make use of available player protection tools if you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users within their Account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps can be set and adjusted. Reductions take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose over a defined period.
- Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts notify Users after a defined period of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Period: A short-term break from the Platform, available directly from Account settings.
- Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion, during which the Account will be closed and re-registration will be refused for the duration of the exclusion period.

Section 10
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:
- Fraudulent activity of any kind, including use of stolen payment credentials or identity documents.
- Money laundering or the use of the Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
- Opening or using multiple Accounts (including accounts registered in another person's name).
- Collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
- Use of automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, bots or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
- Match-fixing, insider trading or any other form of sports corruption.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to KB66 support.
- Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at KB66 staff or other Users.
- Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
- Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited where you have been previously notified of such restriction.
Section 11
Intellectual Property
All content on the KB66 Platform — including but not limited to the KB66 brand name, logo, visual design, written content, odds data, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials and documentation — is the intellectual property of KB66 or its licensed content partners.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, display or publish any Platform content without prior written permission from KB66.
- Use the KB66 name, logo or brand in any way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or partnership without authorisation.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.
Section 12
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KB66 limits its liability as follows:
- KB66 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation of the Platform at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may affect availability.
- KB66 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
- KB66 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials or from access to your Account by unauthorised third parties as a result of your negligence.
- KB66 is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays, failures or charges applied by those providers.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that KB66 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any wager.
Section 13
Termination & Suspension
KB66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:
- A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent, money laundering or other unlawful activity is identified.
- A User is found to be ineligible under Section 3.
- Verification documents submitted as part of KYC are found to be falsified or insufficient.
- A regulatory or law enforcement authority requires the account to be restricted or closed.
In the event of a standard voluntary account closure by a User, any withdrawable balance (subject to completed KYC and satisfied wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the User via an available withdrawal method.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, KB66 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings and, in cases of confirmed fraud, the entire Account balance.
Section 14
Amendments to These Terms
KB66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, KB66 will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.
Section 15
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KB66 holds its operating license. Details of the applicable license jurisdiction are published in the operator's official licensing information.
KB66 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for matters relating to the operation of the Platform and does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

References to Pakistani cities, payment channels or sporting events throughout this Platform are contextual and do not imply regulatory approval or local financial institution partnership.
